About the Job
As a Retail Store Manager at the Tamaala Gallery, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our art store (it is a small format store) while creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers. Your role will involve building strong client relationships, providing exceptional client interactions, and ensuring clear and effective communication with both customers and team members.Key responsibilities:
1. Manage customer interactions to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
4. Utilize MS-Excel to track sales data, inventory levels, and store performance metrics.
5. Ensure all store operations comply with company policies and procedures.
