About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Monitor and manage order execution accuracy
2. Coordinate with brokers and resolve trade-related issues in real time
3. Check and verify trade confirmations and reports
4. Monitor live market data and alert relevant stakeholders on any risk breaches
5. Work closely with traders and operations teams to maintain compliance with risk parameters
6. Maintain a risk checklist and ensure all processes are followed consistently
7. Use trading software like ODIN, XTS, NEST Trader, or any other trading terminal
8. Support risk reporting and documentation requirements
Requirements:
1. Possess 1+ years of experience in risk management within quantitative or proprietary trading environments
2. Demonstrate strong understanding of order management and execution processes
3. Have hands-on experience with trading software like ODIN, XTS, or NEST Trader (any one is mandatory)
4. Hold NISM Series-VIII certification
5. Show good understanding of financial markets, risk protocols, and regulatory frameworks
6. Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills
7. Work effectively in fast-paced trading environments
