About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
2. Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and safety inductions for workers.
3. Identify potential hazards and implement control measures to prevent accidents.
4. Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices.
5. Ensure that all workers use appropriate PPE and follow safety guidelines.
6. Maintain safety-related documentation, checklists, and incident records.
7. Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams to maintain a safe work environment.
