As the sales executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role involves understanding their wedding photography needs, presenting our portfolio and services, and guiding them through the decision-making process. This is a people-first, communication-driven role, ideal for someone confident, persuasive, and genuinely enjoys building relationships.Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle all incoming wedding photography & film leads through email, phone, and social media.
2. Understand client requirements and explain WhatKnot’s offerings in detail.
3. Maintain follow-ups with prospects, provide timely responses, and convert inquiries into bookings.
4. Coordinate with internal teams (photographers, editors, operations) for availability and scheduling.
5. Maintain lead data, track conversions, and prepare basic sales reports.
6. Ensure a high-touch, professional, and warm experience for every couple.
