About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Visit Clients or Potential Customers
Travel to different locations (shops, offices, etc.)
Meet with new or existing customers face-to-face
2. Sell Products or Services
Explain the features, pricing, and benefits of the product
Answer any questions or objections
Convince the customer to buy
3. Generate Leads
Find new potential customers (door-to-door, business areas, referrals)Build a database of leads
4. Build Relationships
Follow up with customers after the first meeting
Maintain good customer relationships for repeat business
5. Take Orders & Collect Payments
Book orders on behalf of the company
Sometimes collect payments or ensure invoices are cleared
6. Report to Manager
Share daily or weekly reports on visits, sales, and targets
Use tools like mobile apps, CRMs, or Excel sheets
7. Achieve Sales Targets
Meet monthly or quarterly sales goals set by the company
9. Market Research
Understand what competitors are doing
Gather feedback from customers
