Job description:
NV International, the company behind the emerging dry fruit and healthy snacking brand Kruncho by NVI, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Business Development Executive from the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will drive both offline and online sales, manage distribution channels, and help build strategic relationships across trade and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Offline sales & distribution:
1. Develop and expand general trade and modern trade networks
2. Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners across regions
3. Conduct regular market visits to maintain strong trade relationships and ensure visibility
4. Work to onboard large format stores (LFS) and institutional buyers
B. E-commerce & online sales:
1. Handle relationships with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, BigBasket, etc
2. Coordinate listings, pricing, campaigns, inventory planning, and execution
3. Work closely with the digital team to ensure strong online product presence and conversions
C. Business development:
1. Explore new sales opportunities including bulk orders, gifting partners, and HORECA
2. Assist in launching new product lines with the marketing team
3. Track competitor activity and market trends to propose new strategies
D. Cross-functional coordination:
1. Collaborate with marketing, operations, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth execution
2. Maintain sales reports and communicate targets and performance with management
Candidate requirements:
1. Experience: 2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales (must include offline and/or e-commerce).
2. Industry preference: Dry fruits, food products, snacks, or health foods.
3. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and reporting skills.
4. Tech skills: Familiarity with e-commerce seller portals and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
5. Location: Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane candidates preferred.
6. Timings:- 11 am to 8 pm
7. Salary: ₹5,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum (depending on experience).
