About the Job
We're looking for a driven and curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing SaaS team. You’ll be the first line of communication with prospective clients, helping them discover how our software solutions can solve real-world challenges. This role is perfect for someone who loves tech, thrives on meaningful conversations, and enjoys opening doors for new business.Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and research potential leads within target industries using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and company databases.
2. Initiate outbound communication via emails, calls, and social media to educate prospects about our SaaS product.
3. Qualify inbound leads based on need, urgency, budget, and decision-making ability.
4. Schedule product demos and discovery calls for Account Executives.
5. Maintain organized records of leads and interactions in the CRM (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
6. Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and optimize lead conversion.
7. Stay up-to-date on our product roadmap, use cases, and competitor landscape to position our SaaS effectively.
Requirements
1. 0-1 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or similar client-facing role in a SaaS or tech environment.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Passion for SaaS and emerging technologies.
4. A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.
5. Resilience, creativity, and the ability to handle rejections positively.
Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms is a plus.
