Key responsibilities:1) Conduct detailed study of company products and services to understand USPs.
2)Understand and promote the company’s social media handles and digital presence.
3)Generate leads independently through various online and offline channels.
4)Conduct market research and surveys to identify new opportunities and target areas.
5)Perform telecalling activities for product promotion, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
6)Convert prospects into paying clients/customers through effective communication and follow-up.
7)Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure timely responses.
8)Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
9)Contribute ideas for new strategies to improve sales performance.
10)Focus on specific geographical areas to expand product distribution.
11)Work on university tie-ups and institutional collaborations for product/services expansion.
