About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Generate leads & identify new business
1. Find new potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, or online research.
2. Build and update a database of prospects.
B. Meet sales targets
1. Work to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals.
2. Track progress and report to the Sales Manager or Team Lead.
C. Negotiation & closing
1. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close deals.
2. Follow up with prospects to convert them into customers.
D. Maintain customer relationships
1. Build long-term relationships with clients.
2. Handle customer queries or complaints.
3. Ensure repeat business and upsell/cross-sell additional products.
E. Reporting & documentation
1. Maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
2. Keep accurate records of calls, meetings, sales, and customer data in CRM/software.
