About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
2. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
3. Conduct product presentations, meetings, and site visits (if applicable).
4. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales successfully.
5. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
7. Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and sales activities.
8. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
9. Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to support lead generation and customer engagement efforts.
