About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle inbound patient/caregiver enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
2. Conduct outbound calls to follow up with leads.
3. Understand the patient's medical situation and emotional needs.
4. Educate clients on how our services complement medical treatment.
5. Recommend suitable therapy or service plans based on segment and stage.
6. Address objections and concerns with empathy.
7. Follow sales scripts and SOPs, maintain high service quality.
8. Achieve monthly conversion targets (sales closures).
9. Maintain accurate records in CRM.
10. Coordinate with the clinical team for the smooth onboarding of new patients.
11. Participate in regular sales training & feedback sessions.
