About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Contact potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, or in person to explain Vidyakul’s offerings
2. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate courses or solutions
3. Convert leads into successful enrollments by maintaining a strong follow-up strategy
4. Maintain and update CRM with daily leads, call logs, and feedback
5. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the team lead
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate quality leads
7. Represent Vidyakul professionally and uphold company values in all interactions
Requirements:
1. Hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2. Demonstrate strong communication and persuasion skills with Hindi fluency as a must and English as a plus
3. Stay goal-oriented, self-driven, and enthusiastic about the EdTech industry
4. Handle rejections and objections professionally
5. Possess basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
