8. Assist in resolving guest concerns or issues related to travel bookings.
9. Maintain accurate records of guest details and travel arrangements.
10. Help achieve team sales and customer satisfaction goals.
11. Coordinate with guests regarding advance payments or refunds.
12. Build and maintain positive relationships with guests.
13. Stay motivated and open to feedback while improving your customer interaction skills.
