About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp messages from interested customers
2. Share product details, pricing, and resolve queries professionally
3. Follow up with interested buyers until conversion
4. Conduct on-ground visits to meet dealers, resellers, or high-ticket customers when required
5. Maintain logs of customer inquiries, follow-ups, and closures
6. Coordinate with logistics and support teams to ensure timely delivery and support
7. Achieve monthly conversion targets from inbound leads
Requirements:
1. Possess 0–2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or direct customer handling
2. Demonstrate excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (bonus for regional language)
3. Be a confident speaker with a convincing personality
4. Show comfort using CRM tools to track and manage leads
5. Be comfortable with occasional field visits (within the city or nearby regions)
6. Be a quick learner with a customer-first attitude
7. Have basic tech knowledge of email, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
