About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Follow up with inbound leads and provide them with all relevant information pertaining to their query
2. Generate sales by identifying leads, setting up meetings through cold calling and emailing, and collaborating with the sales team to convert them into revenue
3. Complete all documentation associated with the order including order tender, technical clarifications, and legal documents, and submit them to the customer within the required time frame
4. Meet volume and revenue targets while operating within the agreed pricing and discount framework
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing unparalleled service
Technical Requirements:
1. Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
2. Have working experience using Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
3. Be experienced in using Google products like Gmail and Google Drive
4. Demonstrate working experience in professional email writing
Soft Skill Requirements:
1. Exhibit excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to support sales and marketing processes
2. Be street smart with the ability to think on their feet and handle client negotiation
3. Be comfortable with local and pan-India travel for project requirements
