About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients and business partners across various sectors.
2. Generate leads through cold-calling, networking, social media, and other sales tools.
3. Client Acquisition: Reach out to prospective partners and introduce TIE offerings.
4. Negotiate contract terms and close agreements with new partners.
5. Relationship Building:
6. Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and partners to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
7. Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during the initial stages of onboarding.
8. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
9. Provide feedback to the management team on market insights and business development strategies.
10. Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
11. Prepare regular sales and progress reports for review by the management team.
12. Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
13. Participate in team meetings, brainstorm sessions, and training programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
