About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for Demat account acquisition. Identify growth opportunities through partnerships, digital channels, and offline models.
2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and executives. Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent productivity.
3. Sales Execution: Drive customer acquisition through field sales, tele-sales, and channel partners. Collaborate with marketing for lead generation and campaign execution.
4. KYC Compliance: Ensure end-to-end adherence to KYC and regulatory requirements as per SEBI guidelines. Work closely with the operations team for timely verification and activation of accounts.
5. Reporting & Analysis: Maintain dashboards to track performance metrics, conversion ratios, and team KPIs. Present weekly/monthly reports to senior management with insights and recommendations.
6. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal departments – compliance, IT, operations – to streamline processes. Foster relationships with third-party vendors, distributors, or aggregators, if applicable.
