Key Responsibilities:1. Sales strategy & execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.
2. Team leadership & performance management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently hit or exceed targets; provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
3. Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Market & competitor analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
5. Reporting & forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics for senior management to inform decision-making.
