Key responsibilities:A. Sales Strategy:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals objectives.
2. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to Identify growth opportunities.
3. Collaborate with other departments to align mutual fund offerings with overall business goals.
B. Client Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including individual investors and institutional clients.
2. Provide personalized financial advice and recommendations based on clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.
3. Resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
C. Product Knowledge:
1. Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting mutual funds.
2. Thoroughly understand the features and benefits of various mutual fund products offered by the broking firm.
3. Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and understandable manner to clients and team members.
D. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
1. Generate and analyze sales reports to track team and individual performance.
2. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
3. Prepare regular reports for senior management outlining key performance indicators and achievements.
