Key responsibilities:1. Demonstrate passion to work in real estate
2. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
3. Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline
4. Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
5. Communicate effectively with clients and team members
6. Maintain a pleasing personality and handle sales within defined guidelines
7. Utilize PR, social, and networking skills to expand the customer base
8. Think creatively to deliver results for self and team
9. Report on sales activities to top management using current and futuristic benchmarks
10. Call and fix meetings with clients
Requirements:
1. MBA in Marketing is mandatory
2. Be self-motivated and entrepreneurial
3. Possess strong communication skills
