3. Guide customers in selecting jewellery that fits their occasion, budget, and style.
4. Maintain deep knowledge of current inventory and upcoming collections.
5. Achieve individual and team sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
6. Ensure displays are well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
7. Handle billing, packaging, and order documentation accurately.
8. Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-ups.
9. Stay updated on jewellery trends and industry developments.
10. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
