Key responsibilities:1. Client Relationship Building – Creating trust with brides, grooms, and families.
2. Consultative Selling – Understanding the couple’s vision and converting inquiries into bookings.
3. Follow-up & Closure – Timely communicating and gentle follow-ups to close deals.
4. Upselling & Cross-Selling – Suggesting premium packages, décor, photography, etc.
5. On-Ground Coordination (if needed) – Supporting at events to ensure client satisfaction.
