About the Job
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Operations Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for someone with 2 years of B2B sales experience who is also interested in sales operations and enjoys managing key backend sales processes, including documentation and coordination.You will play a key role in supporting the sales cycle through operational excellence, documentation handling, CRM management, and cross-functional collaboration
Key responsibilities:
A. Sales Operations & Documentation
1. Maintain and update CRM (Pipedrive) with accurate lead, deal, and activity records.
2. Prepare and manage sales documentation, including NDAs, contracts, proposals, and agreements.
3. Coordinate internally with legal or leadership teams for contract reviews and approvals.
4. Ensure all sales documents are properly maintained, organized, and shared with relevant stakeholders.
5. Track and support the execution of contracts, renewals, and onboarding documentation.
B. Internal Collaboration & Reporting
1. Collaborate with the sales team to support proposal creation and timely follow-ups.
2. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment in outreach communication and messaging.
3. Share insights from documentation workflows and client queries to improve internal processes.
4. Contribute to weekly reports, pipeline reviews, and forecasting sessions.
5. Stay updated on SmartWinnr’s product features, client success stories, and industry trends.
