About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle end-to-end flow of order management
2. Keep track of orders from dispatch until they are delivered to the customer
3. Communicate with customers to ensure smooth delivery of orders
4. Call leads and convert them to customers
5. Approach celebrities and influencers on Instagram
6. Convince them to collaborate with the brand
7. Create and maintain healthy relationships with influencers
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate strong convincing abilities
2. Have minimum 6 months of experience in customer care or sales
3. Apply only if you enjoy talking extensively
4. Possess excellent communication skills in English and Marathi
5. Stay sincere and hardworking in all tasks
