Key responsibilities:1. Pitch products/services to potential customers via calls, emails, or in-person meetings
2. Follow up on leads generated through marketing and referrals
3. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
4. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
5. Maintain CRM records and report sales activities regularly
Requirements:
1. Strong communication and persuasion skills
2. Ability to understand customer pain points and offer value-based solutions
3. Confidence in pitching and negotiating deals
4. Prior sales experience preferred (B2B or B2C), but not mandatory
5. Bachelor's degree in any discipline
