About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Lead Generation Support
1. Identify, research, and connect with potential property managers, travel agents, and business partners.
2. Execute targeted outreach via calls, emails, and networking to generate leads and build a robust pipeline.
3. Maintain and manage leads in CRM with timely updates and accurate data.
B. Client Coordination
1. Handle incoming client inquiries and convert them into bookings through persuasive communication.
2. Build long-term relationships with high-value clients and villa managers/owners.
3. Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure seamless end-to-end booking experiences.
C. Cross-Functional Support
1. Collaborate with guest relations and marketing teams for ongoing projects.
2. Help onboard new villas by collecting property information and images.
3. Assist in organizing and documenting key client interactions.
D. Reporting
1. Maintain daily sales trackers and submit progress reports.
2. Support data analysis for sales performance insights.
