About the Job
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with all accounting regulations. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, where your expertise in Accounting, MS Office, and Tally will be utilized to streamline our financial processes.Key responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day financial activities of the company, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide accurate and timely financial information to management.
3. Reconcile bank statements, manage cash flow, and ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
4. Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
5. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize the risk of fraud or error.
6. Train and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure they are equipped to handle their responsibilities effectively.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards to ensure the company remains in compliance with all regulations.
