About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. New client acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients through proactive outreach, cold calling, and networking
2. Sales and lead management: Conduct sales calls, schedule and attend client meetings, and ensure timely lead closure
3. Target achievement: Aggressively work towards and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
4. CRM management: Maintain and update all sales activities in the company’s CRM system
5. Client relationship management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and consistent service
6. Revenue generation: Leverage existing and upcoming projects, as well as client references, to generate revenue and convert prospects, including those considering competitor offerings
7. Real estate advisory: Provide professional real estate consultancy for buying, selling, and renting of properties, catering to both individuals and corporate clients
8. Negotiation support: Act as an intermediary during negotiations, typically representing either the buyer or the seller
9. Team coordination: Collaborate with internal departments and team members to enhance the overall sales effort
10. Customer satisfaction: Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction
