About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to join our team at Phulkari Forever. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and trendsetting designs for our ethnic wear collection.Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and design unique and creative concepts for our Phulkari collection, staying on top of current fashion trends.
2. Collaborate with the design team to create mood boards, color palettes, and fabric selections.
3. Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to create detailed sketches and technical drawings for production.
4. Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are executed accurately and meet quality standards.
5. Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
6. Attend fittings and provide feedback on garment construction, fit, and overall design.
7. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
8. Also work in operations and other day-to-day work, like connecting with all the vendors and getting things done from them.
9. Packing daily parcels for customers and making sure they it shipped the same day
