About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Strategize schedule and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms ensuring, high-quality engaging and timely posts
2. Assist in writing captions producing reels designing banners or thumbnails and curating impactful marketing creatives
3. Collaborate with multiple teams to understand features and align marketing communication accordingly
4. Plan testimonial shoots across India coordinate with freelancers and manage content delivery for social media
5. Recruit onboard and guide interns across projects with regular check-ins and performance tracking
6. Track social media engagement campaign results and continuously optimize for better reach and impact
7. Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and areas for growth
8. Have at least 1 year of experience in marketing content creation or related roles
9. Demonstrate strong understanding of social media platforms
10. Show excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging and clear content
11. Display a proactive attitude creativity and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
12. Maintain strong attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
