About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective homebuyers from our lead database
2. Pitch resale properties (both primary and secondary) and explain features, pricing, and benefits
3. Understand buyer needs and recommend suitable listings
4. Coordinate and schedule property site visits
5. Negotiate with buyers and sellers to close deals successfully
6. Maintain lead status, notes, and progress in CRM tools
7. Stay updated on market trends, inventory, and local area developments
8. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate preferred)
2. Fluent in Marathi, with good communication in Hindi and English
3. Strong, convincing and negotiation skills
4. Knowledge of the local property market is a plus
5. Comfortable working weekends (week off on Tuesday)
6. Self-driven and target-oriented
