About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Researching key contacts of architects, MEP consultants, and PMCs for commercial real estate projects.
2. Generating leads and taking ownership of the sales journey (lead gen to closure).
3. Applying consultative sales skills (by using case studies, use cases, etc.) to build relationships with stakeholders and close deals.
4. Creating client demos/presentations and quotes/proposals.
5. Providing accurate sales activity tracking and status on CRM.
6. Identify potential customer targets from enterprise/corporate segments.
7. Tracking record of closing deals on monthly or quarterly targets.
