About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Telecaller to join our team at Cambridge Education Group Pvt. Ltd. If you have a strong proficiency in MS-Excel, excellent spoken English and Hindi skills, and a passion for education, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective students and their parents to provide information about our educational programs.
2. Follow up with leads generated through various marketing campaigns and events.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communication in MS-Excel.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and address any queries or concerns from potential students.
5. Collaborate with the admissions team to schedule campus tours and interviews for interested candidates.
6. Meet and exceed monthly targets for student enrolment and conversion rates.
7. Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends to effectively promote our educational offerings.
