About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to address customer queries, explain products/services, and build rapport.
2. Follow up with potential leads, track customer interactions, and update records in CRM or Excel.
3. Meet daily/weekly call and lead conversion targets while ensuring a high standard of customer service.
4. Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to improve lead quality and communication strategies.
5. Maintain accurate call logs and prepare daily reports.
