About the Job
As a Senior Telecaller at VAMICA RESORTS INFRA LTD, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for our luxury resort properties. We are seeking a talented individual who is fluent in both English and Hindi, with exceptional sales management skills and the ability to lead a team to success.Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our resort properties and secure bookings.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Maintain a high level of customer service through effective communication and relationship building.
4. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
5. Lead and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve individual and team sales goals.
6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
7. Report directly to the Sales Manager and provide regular updates on sales performance and progress towards goals.
