Key responsibilities:1. Coordinate and track all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
2. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping of all products
3. Communicate with vendors, carriers, and customers to resolve any shipping issues
4. Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
5. Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records in our systems
6. Monitor and analyze shipping costs to identify cost-saving opportunities
7. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
