About the Job
Role Overview:We’re on the hunt for a sharp, enthusiastic Social Media Executive or Intern who can bring brands to life online. Someone who knows what’s trending before it trends, understands how to grow engagement (beyond likes), and has an eye for aesthetics and tone.
Key responsibilities:
1. Planning, managing, and executing social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
2. Writing thumb-stopping captions and copy tailored to each brand’s voice, taking the help of AI Tools.
3. Brainstorming creative campaign ideas, reels, meme content, and trend hacks.
4. Collaborating with the design and strategy team to plan content shoots or edits.
5. Monitoring insights/analytics to optimize performance and engagement.
6. Staying updated on digital trends, pop culture, and algorithm changes.
