About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Plan, schedule, and publish platform-specific content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter
2. Develop monthly social calendars and campaigns aligned with brand goals
3. Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure brand consistency
4. Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content including Reels, Stories, and YouTube Shorts
5. Stay on top of trends to create viral and engaging content
6. Manage on-ground shoots with influencers, customers, or internal teams
7. Monitor DMs, comments, tags, and brand mentions to ensure timely responses and engagement
8. Flag and resolve customer complaints or sensitive issues
9. Maintain a clean and positive brand presence by managing trolls, spam, and inappropriate content
10. Collaborate with the SEO team to support keyword-driven content creation
11. Optimize social content for discoverability, including titles, captions, hashtags, and alt-text
12. Support blog outreach, link-building, and search visibility initiatives
13. Use analytics tools to track growth, engagement, and campaign performance
14. Generate insights and monthly performance reports
15. Recommend improvements based on data and trends
