About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for social media platforms while ensuring that all content aligns with the company's branding and messaging guidelines
2. Schedule and publish social media posts across various platforms, monitor and respond to comments and messages, and track engagement metrics to help refine social media strategy
3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics. Provide regular reports to the marketing team on key performance indicators (KPIs)
4. Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the industry
5. Work closely with other members of the marketing team, as well as cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure the success of digital marketing initiatives
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices through online research, attending webinars, and participating in industry events
7. Perform other digital marketing-related tasks as assigned by the marketing manager or team lead
