Role overview:

As a Software Sales Executive (Field Sales), you will play a critical role in expanding our client base by promoting our AI-powered ERP solutions. This field-based role involves lead generation, consultative selling, product demonstrations, and closing deals. You will be the face of Techmutant in the market-building lasting relationships and delivering value to educational institutions.

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and generate qualified leads through market research and networking
2. Conduct compelling product presentations and software demos
3. Understand client needs and offer tailored ERP solutions
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
6. Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activity
7. Travel extensively for client meetings and product walkthroughs

Qualifications:

0-2 years of experience in Field Sales or Software Sales (preferred)
Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
Knowledge of the EdTech industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
