Key Responsibilities:1. Stay up to date with industry best practices and new testing tools and techniques
2. Collaborate with developers and other team members to resolve defects and improve the quality of software
3. Document test results and create test reports for project managers and other stakeholders
4. Design test cases based on software requirements and design specifications
5. Perform manual testing of software applications
6. Analyze test results and report defects to developers
7. Participate in peer reviews of test cases and test plans
