About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Design, develop, and implement STEM curricula and projects
2. Assist students with their STEM projects and assignments
3. Monitor and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback
4. Visiting schools and Mentoring a class of students from age group of 6 to 16 years in offline mode
5. Collaborate with educators to integrate STEM concepts into classroom settings
6. Organize and facilitate STEM-related events, workshops, and competitions
7. Stay updated with advancements in STEM education and technology to drive innovation
Education: BTech, MTech, BE, BCA, MCA, BSc Computer Science, BSc Physics, MSc Physics or equivalent in ECE, CSE, EEE, Mechatronics, or related fields
Experience: STEM Engineer: Freshers or 1 year of experience.
Key Skills:
1. Robotics (LEGO/Arduino-based)
2. Electronics & Circuit Design
3. Block-based & Text-based Coding (Scratch, Python, Arduino IDE)
4. 3D Printing & CAD (Tinkercad or similar)
5. Team Collaboration
6. Classroom/Workshop Management
7. Communication & Presentation Skills
Additional Information:
Location: Jadcherla and Hyderabad, India (Onsite)
Salary: 2.4 to 3 LPA (based on experience, skills & qualifications)
