About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Receive, store, and organize inventory.
2. Maintain accurate records of stock levels and assist in inventory management.
3. Ensure adequate stock levels and replenish shelves.
4. Maintain minimum stock levels and report on material requests.
5. Reconcile received product quantities with purchase orders.
6. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
7. Manage store operations, including inward and outward activities.
8. Handle damaged products and returns.
9. Maintain reports on inward, outward, and return operations.
10. Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, inventory, and operations.
11. Maintain accurate records of transactions.
12. Prepare reports on inventory and store operations.
13. Ensure proper accounting and documentation of incoming and returned products.
14. Compile GRN and material code information.
15. Ensure bills are verified and submitted for payment.
