Website: https://materialdepot.inWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented store maintenance supervisor to manage the day-to-day maintenance operations of our experience center in Whitefield. You will play a key role in ensuring our store infrastructure, systems, and equipment are functioning smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically skilled, and capable of leading a team while ensuring compliance and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and supervise the store maintenance team in performing daily, preventive, and emergency maintenance activities.
2. Plan, implement, and monitor maintenance schedules for regular servicing of all store systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building infrastructure.
3. Oversee repair work for all mechanical, electrical, and general store fixtures to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
4. Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective operations and resource optimization.
5. Maintain detailed records including maintenance logs, compliance documentation, inspection reports, and equipment inventory.
6. Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure safety, operational efficiency, and adherence to health/environmental standards.
7. Coordinate contractors and vendors for specialized services and ensure quality control in outsourced maintenance work.
8. Train and mentor team members on safety protocols, equipment handling, and standard operating procedures.
9. Respond quickly to urgent repair needs or equipment breakdowns to minimize disruptions to store operations.
10. Continuously improve maintenance strategies, equipment reliability, and resource utilization for better efficiency.
