About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
2. Explain WisGrad’s education programs and offerings.
3. Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
4. Maintain call logs and update CRM or lead tracking sheets.
5. Meet daily/weekly calling targets and report performance.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
1. Minimum Qualification: Graduate
2. Freshers and Experienced can apply
3. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
4. Knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools like Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM.
6. Good persuasion, active listening, and patience.
Work Details:
1. Working Days: Monday to Saturday
2. Work Hours: 09:30 AM to 5:30 PM
3. Location: Maradu, Kochi
4. Joining: Immediate
Compensation:
1. Fixed Salary: ₹15,000
2. Incentives: Performance-based bonuses for student conversions or closures
