Key Responsibilities:1. Engage with prospective students and parents through inbound and outbound calls
2. Understand learning needs and convert qualified leads into paid enrollments
3. Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly revenue goals
4. Maintain strong follow-up discipline to ensure timely fee collections and conversions
5. Clearly communicate program features, benefits, and value propositions
6. Suggest suitable courses or plans based on individual requirements
7. Maintain accurate and timely records of lead status, call notes, and conversion data
8. Use CRM tools to track, update, and forecast sales performance
9. Coordinate with academic counselors, onboarding, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery post-enrollment
10. Share learner feedback and objections with product and marketing teams
11. Ensure a smooth pre-sale and post-sale journey
12. Resolve queries with professionalism and empathy to maintain satisfaction and retention
