About the Job
We are hiring a study abroad visa counselor to assist students in realizing their international education dreams. In this role, you will guide students through the visa process, ensure proper documentation, and provide end-to-end support for visa applications to countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and more. Don’t worry if you're new, full training will be provided from scratch.Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide personalized counseling to students on visa requirements and procedures.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
3. Utilize MS Excel to track and manage visa application documents efficiently.
4. Organize and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and visa applications.
5. Conduct research and analysis on visa policies and procedures to stay up-to-date on changes.
6. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
7. Ensure a smooth and successful visa application process for all students.
