About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Track and manage stock levels across multiple warehouses and sales channels
2. Assist in inventory reconciliation and reporting
3. Help forecast stock requirements based on sales data and trends
4. Liaise with warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment, returns, and stock transfers
5. Monitor inbound and outbound logistics to ensure efficient operations
6. Support procurement planning and PO tracking
7. Maintain supplier and shipment records
8. Assist in optimizing supply chain processes for cost and efficiency
9. Use advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
10. Work closely with the Operations teams to align inventory and order fulfillment, and other related processes
11. Support ad hoc projects related to logistics, planning, and operational performance
