Working Day: Monday To Friday
Key responsibilities:
1. Ensure a safe and secure learning environment for children at all times.
2. Develop and maintain a positive and ongoing rapport with both children and parents.
3. Provide a wide range of materials and resources to encourage exploration, learning, and imaginative play.
4. Attend to the basic needs of children with care and responsibility.
5. Follow and enforce all administrative policies, procedures, and classroom rules.
6. Implement the curriculum and planner through structured and guided activities.
7. Maintain daily observations and anecdotal records; plan and execute activities accordingly.
8. Support each child’s development and growth across cognitive, emotional, social, and physical domains.
9. Address parental concerns professionally, ensuring strong and healthy parent relationships.
10. Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrators to develop, evaluate, and improve high-scope programs.
11. Manage and maintain classroom inventory and educational materials efficiently.
12. Modify teaching strategies and materials to cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
13. Actively participate in all training programs and professional development initiatives.
