About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Understand insurance product structures, business rules, and processes
2. Configure product rules, business logic, and workflows using our proprietary configuration platform
3. Work closely with business analysts and tech teams to translate business requirements into configurations
4. Perform testing and validation of configurations
5. Continuously learn and upskill on coding and technology customizations
6. Progressively take ownership of minor code customizations and integration tasks over time
What We Are Looking For:
1. Fresh graduates (any discipline with logical thinking and problem-solving skills)
2. Strong attention to detail and comfort with structured rule-based work
3. Interest in technology and willingness to learn coding over time
4. Technology Language preferences - C#, JavaScript, SQL, PostgreSQL
5. Good communication and teamwork skills
